Sr. Logistics & Customs Analyst

Location: San Bernardino, California, United States; onsite at the San Bernardino distribution center

Salary: $84,000–$106,000 annual

What you will do

• Review customs documentation and file accurate entries for ocean, land, and air imports.
• Monitor customs filings, clearances, duty and tax payments, post-summary corrections, and reconciliation entries.
• Assess HTS classifications using the General Rules of Interpretation and maintain product master data for imported lines.
• Resolve customs delays and entry issues with internal teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
• Maintain records required under 19 CFR 163 and support customs compliance procedures and policies.
• Prepare departmental and financial reports, perform ad hoc data analysis, and streamline operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, transportation, engineering, or a related field.
• 3 or more years of related experience in customs brokerage operations.
• Experience with US ocean freight import and export operations and air freight operations.
• Understanding of International Trade Terms (Incoterms).
• Strong data analytics, problem-solving, reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access.

Nice to have

• CTPAT and/or ISA experience.
• Customs Broker License.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience with export processes and documentation.
