Materials Analyst (ERP)

Location: Schiller Park, Illinois, United States; onsite office environment

What you will do

• Manage and analyze material requirements, master data, transactional data, and material availability in ERP systems.
• Process and audit purchase orders in Oracle, including requisition-to-purchase-order transactions and modifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, logistics, finance, production, planning, and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, delays, overdue purchase orders, and rush orders.
• Maintain bills of materials, routings, item attributes, process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs; analyze ERP data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities.
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, automation initiatives, data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, industrial management, business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or a related area.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and schedule-management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• English required; knowledge of Oracle is beneficial.
• Ability to work in the Schiller Park office, including irregular hours and on-call periods when required.

Nice to have

• MBA in supply chain management or a related field.
• Capital expenditure experience.
• Experience in the AV industry.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP.
