Salary: $80,000 – $95,000

What you will do

• Own recurring financial reporting deliverables and ensure accuracy.
• Build and maintain forecast models using established methodologies.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting cycles end-to-end.
• Drive ad hoc financial analysis to inform growth strategy decisions.
• Improve processes to streamline reporting and modeling workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine forecasting standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building financial models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience owning recurring reporting cycles with minimal oversight.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable strategic insights.
• Experience worhirify.globalg cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders.
• Proficiency with financial planning tools like Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, or Anaplan.
• Experience in insurance, fintech, or high-growth startups.
