Finance Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the United States, with optional office access in Irvine, California and New York, New York.

Salary: $94,000–$108,000 annually, plus potential equity, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide monthly business trend insights to product managers and department leaders.
• Support short- and long-term financial planning, reporting, KPI variance analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and enhance annual budgets, forecasts, financial models, and consolidated cash flow models.
• Build KPI frameworks and analyze product line performance.
• Support go-to-market strategy, partnership negotiations, and potential M&A analysis.
• Create presentations that communicate financial findings to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, business, or another quantitative field.
• At least one year of relevant industry experience involving financial modeling, such as investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills, including complex financial modeling, raw data analysis, and drawing clear conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, legal, and operations.
• High organization, attention to detail, ownership, initiative, and ethical standards.
• Employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
