What you will do
- Lead customer service and sales-floor execution while helping families select products for children from preemie through size 14.
- Build product and brand expertise and coach store associates on styles, features, benefits, and omnichannel service standards.
- Serve as Leader on Duty, drive assigned business priorities, respond to customer concerns, and implement actions based on customer feedback.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment while providing timely feedback and recognizing strong performance.
- Support customer loyalty programs, including company-sponsored credit programs, and assist with asset protection and operational controls.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with computer and technology tools, including Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, stand, walk, and climb ladders.
- Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including at least two closing shifts per week.
