Apparel Lead Full Time (Retail)

What you will do

• Oversee apparel department operations and deliver exceptional member service.
• Manage inventory levels, stock checks, backstock organization, clearance, salvage, and markdown execution.
• Implement planograms, HVS displays, apparel tables, visual merchandising, signage, and promotional events.
• Maintain GOLD presentation, cleanliness, product organization, and accurate pricing throughout the department.
• Train, influence, motivate, and support apparel team members while serving as the subject matter expert for presentation standards.
• Collaborate with Club Leadership, communicate improvement opportunities, and support other departments as needed.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in soft lines, apparel, or fashion.
• Experience with customer service, issue resolution, merchandising principles, and Planogram execution.
• Strong organization, reliability, task orientation, goal-setting, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces and regularly lift up to 30 pounds; occasional heavier lifting requires assistance.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
