Salary: $79,000–$115,000 annually

What you will do

• Execute licensing plans across an assigned portfolio of licensees in UCANZ.
• Manage day-to-day licensee relationships, business reviews, onboarding, and partner performance.
• Identify commercial, consumer trend, and whitespace opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate product development, creative approvals, retail programs, and Direct-to-Retail initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, royalty forecasts, commercial risks, and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Franchise, Consumer Insights, Finance, Legal, and Product Design teams.

Requirements

• Marketing, Business, or another relevant tertiary qualification.
• 4–5 years of experience in consumer products, licensing, FMCG, retail, or a related commercial environment.
• Experience managing external partners, licensees, or key commercial customers.
• Understanding of the end-to-end licensing lifecycle, product development, and commercial execution.
• Strong commercial analysis, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with commercial and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in the consumer products, entertainment, or licensing industry.
• Understanding of the UCANZ retail environment.
