Customer Executive Convenience Store Channel (Retail)

What you will do

• Lead annual and trimester customer planning with Customer Planning Managers and Analysts.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and store operations teams across small-format and convenience store customers.
• Identify growth opportunities using internal, customer, consumer, and competitor data.
• Secure display authorizations and execute product launches, seasonal programs, promotions, and other sales initiatives.
• Partner with Sales Planning, Category Management, Consumer Insights, Sales Operations, Forecasting, and Logistics teams.
• Publish execution scorecards and support the advancement of e-commerce programs with DSD teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of consumer product account experience in the small-format channel.
• Direct customer leadership experience with strong negotiation, presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, planning, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Margin Minder.
• Ability to travel more than 50% is required.
