Focus on resolving capacity constraints, optimizing safety stocks and production cycles, and leading continuous improvement across supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Location: Fully on-site at hirify.global in Knoxville, Iowa, United States. Travel may include up to 5% domestic or international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $84,595–$103,394, including base pay and variable incentive pay where applicable.

What you will do

  • Plan and schedule production work centers, monitor output, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze customer requirements and forecasts to prioritize production, resolve supply constraints, and balance service, inventory, and cost.
  • Manage production parameters, including lot sizes, production cycles, safety stocks, and working and non-working inventories.
  • Manage capacity constraints, escalate issues, and execute production planning standard work using supply chain tools and IT systems.
  • Provide data-driven planning analysis and participate in Tier processes with production planning, lean value stream, operations, and supply planning teams.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects focused on customer service, inventory investment, material flow, and supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
  • At least one year of supply chain or logistics experience, including graduation research, internships, or graduation projects.
  • Experience or knowledge in production planning, supply planning, demand planning, or integrated business planning.
  • Strong data mining, data analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite experience and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Business Analytics.
  • ASCM/APICS CPIM certification.
  • Two years of combined experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, Factory Planner, PMCS/IMES, or PeopleSoft.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
