Project Analyst (Engineering & Manufacturing)

Location: Cheswick, Pennsylvania, United States. Hybrid schedule with one work-from-home day or a 9/80 schedule. US citizenship is required due to DoD requirements, and the role requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Salary: $59,700–$99,500 per year.

What you will do

• Own and maintain project financials covering costs, revenue, invoicing, actuals versus forecasts, hours profiles, and projections.
• Support project planning through schedule development, progress tracking, and critical path analysis.
• Perform Earned Value analysis across shop, material, and engineering activities.
• Maintain project forecasts and completion estimates for Sales & Operations Planning.
• Analyze financial impacts of schedule and scope changes, risks, opportunities, and execution issues.
• Set up projects, maintain ERP data and work breakdown structures, and align financials with Engineering, Scheduling, Quality, and Sourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project analysis, finance, or project controls, preferably in engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of project schedules, forecasting, cost analysis, and revenue management.
• Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system, advanced Microsoft Excel, and large datasets.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and performance tracking.
• US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance are required.
