What you will do

• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates for technical roles.
• Partner with IT leaders and HR partners to align talent needs, qualifications, and competitive offers.
• Stay current on technology trends and develop competitive organizational charts to guide hiring strategies.
• Influence hiring leaders, candidates, and internal partners throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects hirify.global’s culture and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Understanding of the technology space and experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.
