Senior Business Recruiter

Location: Onsite at the headquarters in New York City, United States

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year, plus potential bonuses, commissions, and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior, specialized, and business-critical roles.
• Develop tailored search strategies, proactive sourcing plans, talent maps, and long-term candidate pipelines.
• Advise senior leaders by translating business needs into talent strategies informed by market intelligence, data, and recruiting insights.
• Design interview and selection strategies for complex searches while identifying risks and improving candidate and hiring-team experiences.
• Partner with Compensation and People leadership on competitive offers and complex negotiations.
• Improve recruiting processes, interviewer capability, employer brand, and Talent Acquisition effectiveness while mentoring recruiters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring senior or highly specialized talent in competitive markets.
• Strong partnership and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience with talent sourcing, mapping, pipeline development, and long-term candidate relationship management.
• Ability to lead complex searches and interview processes through close, including compensation and offer negotiations.
• Experience using recruiting analytics and ATS insights to improve hiring outcomes.
