Director, Marketing Operations - Growth Systems (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California; hybrid with 3 days onsite

Base pay: $253,500–$343,000 per year, plus potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead Growth Systems process architecture, technical enablement, and delivery of marketing experiences across websites, campaigns, and in-product customer experiences.
• Identify, build, and scale AI-powered automation and quality assurance tooling to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery.
• Architect self-service capabilities that provide internal teams with direct access to marketing assets and workflows.
• Own accuracy, accessibility, quality, monitoring, and investigation standards across web, email, campaign, and pricing experiences.
• Lead autonomous campaign teams and develop governance standards for complex, personalized, multi-channel experiences.
• Manage a $20M+ budget, optimize agency and internal capacity, and partner with Marketing, MarTech, Product, HR, Sales Operations, and Finance.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Deep expertise in MarTech, monetization enablement, in-product discovery, web experiences, and direct marketing systems.
• Exceptional technical depth in operational systems, processes, and technology.
• Demonstrated success driving strategic growth through AI applications and optimization.
• Leadership experience setting strategy and developing campaign and monetization models at scale.
• MBA and engineering degree or related technical background preferred.
