Field Implementation Coach

Location: Remote from home, with residence required in or within 30 minutes or 30 miles of the Cleveland Sales Territory in Ohio within six months of starting. The territory covers Cuyahoga and Summit Counties and includes Bratenahl, Warrensville Heights, Hudson, North Royalton, Parma North, and Twinsburg. Occasional overnight travel and face-to-face agent interactions are required.

What you will do

• Coach independent hirify.global agents on marketing and technology processes, digital tactics, and tools.
• Influence behavioral change and adoption of new capabilities through face-to-face, video, and phone interactions.
• Execute activations and deployments with sales, market leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Provide integrated technology and system consulting to agents and their teams.
• Drive enterprise initiatives and market priorities while identifying process gaps and recommending targeted tactics.
• Maintain technical expertise across evolving technology platforms and initiatives.

Requirements

• Immediate eligibility to work lawfully in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to reside in or within 30 minutes or 30 miles of the Cleveland Sales Territory within six months of starting.
• Experience or understanding of insurance, agency operations, marketing systems, digital marketing, and business workflows.
• Ability to learn web and non-web programs, analyze data and reports, and drive adoption of new systems and processes.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, initiative, collaboration, and influence skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, OneNote, Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher-level education.
• Agency experience improving sales and office processes or supporting marketing and technology strategies.
• Technical experience with ECRM/Salesforce, Agency Hub, Good Neighbor Connect, or Drive Safe & Save.
