Regional Professional Development Manager (Remote) (EdTech)

Location: Fully remote, based in the United States; travel up to 50% required, especially in August and September.

What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and coach members of the professional development trainer network.
• Plan, facilitate, observe, and support professional development sessions, including travel for delivery and quality assurance.
• Review customer feedback, trainer evaluations, planning forms, and session outcomes to measure training effectiveness.
• Develop and manage professional development policies, procedures, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Partner with content, operations, membership, and other internal teams to adapt sessions and prepare trainers for special projects.
• Resolve trainer, customer, and internal team concerns related to professional development sessions.

Requirements

• Availability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global solutions.
• Five years of experience in management, educator coaching, and delivering professional development to adult learners virtually and in person.
• Experience establishing and communicating performance and quality metrics aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong communication, project management, prioritization, research, listening, and client-needs assessment skills.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Master’s degree in early childhood education or a related field.
