Workforce Capability Lead (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

Salary: $90,900–$145,100 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC; $86,300–$137,900 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. Equity awards may also apply.

What you will do

• Own workforce-capability programs from discovery and prioritization through design, implementation, sustainment, and retrospectives.
• Diagnose performance and readiness needs using business strategy, performance data, quality trends, and stakeholder insights.
• Align Product, Quality Intelligence, Content Strategy, Learning and Development, Operations, and frontline partners on scope, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Design scalable Enablement architecture connecting learning, guided practice, coaching, performance support, knowledge, communications, workflows, and reinforcement.
• Provide consultative guidance to leaders and recommend effective performance solutions beyond formal training when appropriate.
• Develop manager-enablement systems and equip the Enablement team with frameworks and tools for scalable workforce-capability architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Learning and Development, program management, performance consulting, or a related field.
• Experience building system-level Enablement programs across discovery, design, delivery, implementation, sustainment, and measurement.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative evidence to diagnose performance needs and evaluate Enablement impact.
• Experience designing scalable solutions for frontline customer-facing employees and people leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, written communication, and executive-ready storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning, capability design, behavior change, coaching, change management, performance support, and AI-enabled tools such as Docebo, Jira, Highspot, Google Workspace, and Replit.
