Lead Educational Consultant (EdTech)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must live on the West Coast of the United States. Travel of up to 40% nationally may be required.

What you will do

• Serve as a content and product expert, mentor internal teams, and support employee onboarding and continuous learning.
• Partner with Sales and Partner Success to lead content-focused sales presentations and support customer growth.
• Develop individualized implementation, professional development, coaching, and training plans for key accounts.
• Research customer goals, concerns, objections, and roadblocks to tailor presentations and implementation support.
• Support Marketing and Content teams with pitch decks, social media content, webinars, collateral, and conference proposals.
• Represent hirify.global as a subject matter expert through conferences, professional journals, blog posts, and model implementations.

Requirements

• Must live on the West Coast of the United States.
• Deep knowledge of the hirify.global product suite and at least 10 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Leadership experience building and leading programs as an administrator or instructional coach.
• Experience conducting adult learning and training sessions, with strong presentation skills in person and via Zoom.
• Experience or strong transferable skills in sales and implementation, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology applications.
