Educational Consultant—West Coast (Remote)

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must live on the US West Coast. Ability to travel nationally up to 40% as necessary.

What you will do

• Serve as an internal content and product expert, mentor, and coach for customer-facing and product teams.
• Support employee onboarding and develop continuous learning programs covering content, products, and early childhood education.
• Lead content-specific portions of sales presentations and create individualized implementation, professional development, and coaching plans.
• Consult with customers on early childhood education, product adoption, market needs, objections, and implementation challenges.
• Partner with Marketing and Content teams on pitch decks, social media content, webinars, collateral, and conference proposals.
• Represent solutions at conferences, in professional publications, and through internal and external communications.

Requirements

• Must live on the US West Coast.
• Deep knowledge of the full hirify.global solution suite.
• 10+ years of experience in the early childhood field.
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Leadership experience building and leading programs as an administrator or instructional coach, plus experience delivering adult learning training.
• Experience or strong transferable skills in sales and implementation, expert in-person and virtual presentation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to learn new technology applications.
