Senior IT Support Lead

Location: On-site in Boulder, Colorado, supporting offices nationally

Base salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year, plus bonus plan and incentive stock options.

What you will do

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware selection, configuration, purchasing, access control, and inventory.
• Provide primary escalation support for MacOS, Windows, and Ubuntu endpoints.
• Own the helpdesk queue, drive SLA adherence, and create self-service resources.
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and SaaS access issues in collaboration with technical departments.
• Enforce endpoint security baselines, including disk encryption, OS patching, and screen-lock policies.
• Build and maintain internal IT knowledge bases, runbooks, and self-service guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Experience with Ubuntu, Windows, MacOS, networking, SaaS, and cloud services such as Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Asana, Slack, AWS, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Okta user lifecycle management and application integrations.
• Experience with a major MDM platform and Google Workspace administration.
• Strong communication, service orientation, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Okta Workflows.
• Experience with Kandji, Iru, or Microsoft Intune.
• Experience supporting highly technical teams with specialized software, elevated permissions, and flexible endpoint configurations.
