Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer

What you will do

• Handle day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT requests and provide internal customer support.
• Provide white-glove operational support for executives, executive assistants, engineers, and non-technical employees.
• Define and implement systems and processes that improve IT efficiency, including onboarding and offboarding automation.
• Assist with the design and deployment of MDM, SSO, ticketing, and other IT systems.
• Support IT Security initiatives, including hardware security key rollout and device posture attestation.
• Manage SaaS platforms and spending, and coordinate networking, audio/visual, and office security installations for new offices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support.
• Experience supporting executives, executive assistants, engineers, and non-technical users in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to resolve complex, non-trivial problems with minimal support.
• Experience administering macOS and Windows devices; Linux experience is a bonus.
• Expertise with Rippling and Okta user provisioning, including automated onboarding and offboarding flows.
• Experience with Okta SSO integrations, MDM solutions such as Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloud, and administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Linear.
