Senior EHS Program Manager (Aerospace)

Salary: $114,000–$170,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Further develop and implement the enterprise EHS Management System in alignment with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Create health and safety standards, SOPs, specifications, and policies for sites and programs.
• Define and implement EHS data infrastructure using BigQuery, Confluence, Jira, Power BI, and data warehouse systems.
• Build dashboards, metrics, and reporting systems covering EHS performance, trends, and risks.
• Use AI/ML capabilities and modern analytics tools to improve EHS decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional EHS programs with site teams, engineering, operations, IT, and Enterprise Applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of progressive EHS experience, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Power BI, or similar data analysis and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide EHS policies, standards, and procedures in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Strong technical writing, program management, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and managing complex EHS compliance requirements across multiple sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML applications, data warehouses, and cloud analytics platforms.
• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor.
• Aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing experience.
• Experience implementing EHS management software or enterprise applications.
