Company

hirify.global is an end-to-end space company building rockets, spacecraft, satellite systems, and critical space subsystems for commercial, civil, and national security missions.

What you will do

  • Lead high-volume satellite programs from blank-sheet concept and qualification through full-rate production and flight.
  • Own program rate, yield, unit cost, technical roadmaps, and strategic production decisions.
  • Run multiple programs and make architectural and design-for-manufacturing trade-offs with Chief Engineers.
  • Coordinate manufacturing, supply chain, integration, and test teams while removing production roadblocks.
  • Manage strategic suppliers and high-stakes subcontracts to protect schedule and margin.
  • Represent assigned commercial constellation customers and support business development proposals and technical narratives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in physics, mathematics, science, or another technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of program management experience, with end-to-end ownership of a technical program, product, or team.
  • Experience moving hardware and software from prototype toward high-rate production with measurable improvements in yield, throughput, and cost.
  • Understanding of takt time, line-of-balance, design-for-manufacturing, rate-readiness, reliability, and learning-curve economics.
  • Experience identifying and mitigating tooling, supply-chain, and yield risks.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance required.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling satellite, aerospace, defense, or similarly complex hardware production at volume.
  • Experience transitioning low-volume prototypes into reliable full-rate production and reducing unit cost at rate.
  • Master's degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
  • Fluency in systems engineering, trade studies, interface control, and requirements integrity.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Multiple program cycles or 8+ years of aerospace or defense experience.

Culture & Benefits

  • Fast-paced environment focused on innovation, teamwork, ownership, and delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Medical HMO, PPO, and a company-sponsored HSA option, plus dental and vision coverage.
  • Three weeks of paid vacation, five sick days, paid holidays, parental leave, disability insurance, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match, employee stock purchase discounts, and company equity opportunities.
  • Onsite gym, subsidized EV charging, food and drinks, and other employee discounts.
  • Role may involve prolonged sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasional exposure to noise, dust, and fumes in production areas.
