Technician I - Wafer Probe Equip Eng & Maint (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for semiconductor test operations and set up testers, contactors, hardware, handlers, and related equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance activities and follow documented preventive maintenance specifications.
• Support equipment qualification, machine buy-off, production readiness, and compliance with operational requirements.
• Analyze productivity, quality, safety, and equipment performance data, then implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve equipment performance and overall equipment effectiveness, including utilization, availability, efficiency, yield, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, senior technicians, shift leaders, and the maintenance team; escalate major technical issues when required.

Requirements

• Graduate of at least a two-year technical course in Electromechanical, Electronics, or Mechanical Technology.
• At least one year of experience in the same or a related field.
• Knowledge of equipment setup, preventive and corrective maintenance, structured problem solving, and technical reporting.
• Ability to comply with standard operating procedures, quality systems, control plans, setup controls, correlation procedures, safety requirements, and 5S practices.
• Availability for 0%–25% travel.
