Facilities Engineer (Entry Level) - Electrical Engineer for Davao

What you will do

• Manage daily facilities operations, physical workspace readiness, equipment upkeep, inspections, and preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain critical facility equipment, including generator sets, UPS systems, air-conditioning units, utilities, and asset maintenance contracts.
• Supervise contractors and coordinate with vendors, lessors, building administration, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage facility-related service tickets, monitor queues and SLAs, provide updates, and coordinate approvals.
• Support site build-outs, renovations, rehabilitation activities, seat planning, workspace changes, and maintenance scheduling.
• Maintain service documentation, compliance records, utility reports, and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer required.
• Must be willing to report onsite at hirify.global Davao.
• Knowledge of civil and structural building construction, interior and exterior works, and electrical and mechanical plan design and computation.
• Hands-on experience with generator sets, UPS systems, and other critical facility equipment, including evaluation of vendor maintenance reports.
• Basic project management, analytical, organizational, communication, customer service, collaboration, adaptability, and leadership skills.
