Creator Operations Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site in El Segundo or Los Angeles, California, United States

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of hirify.global creators throughout onboarding, development, ongoing relationship management, and offboarding.
• Build long-term creator relationships by understanding individual goals, business needs, challenges, and retention risks.
• Coordinate creator communications, newsletters, surveys, office hours, training, and other creator-facing initiatives.
• Maintain creator records, databases, workflows, documentation, and operational systems.
• Analyze creator performance, engagement, retention, and segmentation metrics to develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Entertainment, Publishing, Consumer Goods, Content, Finance, Legal, Rights Management, and Marketing teams on creator opportunities and projects.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in the creator economy, digital media, entertainment, publishing, talent management, partnerships, or a related field.
• Experience managing relationships with creators, talent, partners, clients, or other external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of creator business models, opportunities, and challenges.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong data literacy and ability to use metrics and insights to inform decisions.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, research, analysis, communication, or workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience working with webcomic, comic, YouTube, social media, gaming, or other digital creators.
• Experience in creator or talent management, entertainment development, publishing, licensing, or IP management.
• Experience improving creator-facing programs, processes, or communications.
• Experience with Airtable, Zendesk, CRM platforms, or similar operational systems.
• Experience using AI and emerging technologies to improve business workflows.
