Community Manager (AI)

Location: Remote for full-time salaried employees currently residing in specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada. Offices are available in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto.

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 base pay per year, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered advisor for managing cars, homes, motorcycles, and other physical assets, with products spanning insurance, diagnostics, repairs, and marketplaces.

What you will do

• Build and grow hirify.global's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop channel-specific guidance for posting, replying, and maintaining authentic community engagement.
• Grow hirify.global's subreddits into active and trusted communities.
• Build scalable content and engagement strategies, using AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social.
• Native understanding of Reddit, TikTok, and Quora communication styles.
• Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Experience making boring or stressful categories feel human and authentic.
• Strategic, patient, and systems-oriented approach to organic trust building.
• Current residence in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada is required for full-time salaried employment.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing or regulated category.
