Manager, Creator Community & Content (Influencer Marketing)

Location: 100% remote; must be based in the United States

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annual base pay, plus bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Own creator activation, retention, and earnings-growth metrics.
• Manage the Facebook Group, Instagram, email, and webinar channels, including moderation and community responses.
• Create ongoing educational and inspirational content that helps creators increase their hirify.global earnings.
• Package brand campaigns into actionable content that enables creators to drive sales and revenue.
• Represent creator needs across messaging, campaigns, product roadmap, and internal stakeholder discussions.
• Test new approaches to improve community engagement and creator value.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, community management, and/or influencer marketing.
• Experience managing social media groups or online communities and working with creators, influencers, or content publishers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, analytical, and revenue-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, affiliate networks, creator platforms, and social platforms.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
