Strategic Finance Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the United States (market-based pay zones apply).

Salary: $135,800–$245,400 USD (depending on location zone).

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales leadership, providing data-driven insights to guide business decisions.
• Develop and evolve financial operating models to track GTM investments, team productivity, and ROI.
• Drive GTM efficiency by identifying trends, KPIs, and actionable levers for growth.
• Lead high-impact strategic analyses to support rapid decision-making across growth functions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Business Intelligence, and Marketing to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Manage operating expense planning and budget processes to support long-term priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
• Track record of operating autonomously and structuring complex analyses.
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in SQL and AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
