Facilities Technician (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance and non-technical repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Maintain interior and exterior facility areas, including walls, floors, fixtures, roofing, lighting, ceilings, and carpeting.
• Complete painting, wall patching, tile replacement, carpeting, and general facility upkeep.
• Support janitorial and hospitality operations with furniture moves, event setup and teardown, and waste removal.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts safely when required.
• Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets and support site-wide maintenance programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Ability to pass background checks required by the job site.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and perform prolonged standing, bending, climbing, grasping, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching.
• Ability to work at heights up to 300 feet and use ladders or aerial lifts.
• Access to classified information or restricted U.S. Government sites may require a U.S. Government security clearance, government authorization, citizenship, or other legal eligibility requirements.
• Access to export-controlled information requires eligibility without additional export licensing under applicable U.S. export-control rules.
