What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment testing, lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and replacement of consumable parts.
• Respond to tenant safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and environmental requests through direct contact and work-order systems.
• Coordinate outside contractors, tenants, and management on approved work orders and maintain detailed logs.
• Maintain operating procedures, building files, maintenance records, and system documentation.
• Support snow and ice clearing operations and remain available for after-hours emergency calls.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• NJ Black Seal license required.
• At least five years of building operations engineering experience.
• CFC certification in the high-pressure discipline required.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, make decisions, and use computers, email, preventive maintenance, and work-order software.
