Product Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA; full-time, 5-day onsite role at 410 Townsend St.

Salary: $200,000–$400,000 annually in the San Francisco Bay Area, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, strategy, and execution for a significant portion of hirify.global Visitors.
• Launch products and features, define success metrics, and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Gather feedback from customers, sales, customer success, and other cross-functional partners to guide product decisions.
• Serve as the customer point person during beta and high-iteration periods and run internal dogfooding.
• Communicate product goals to engineering, design, research, and the wider organization while encouraging ownership and contribution.
• Own pricing and packaging, support sales training, and improve product execution processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B enterprise environments.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• Strong customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, accountability, and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
• Visa transfers are supported when needed.
