Agent Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site

Salary: $200,000–$285,000 per year, plus equity and commission opportunities

What you will do

• Own the technical win and successful delivery of AI-agent solutions for Decagon’s largest strategic opportunities.
• Partner with C-suite leaders at Fortune 500 companies to define and drive AI transformation roadmaps.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production based on customer workflows, pain points, and goals.
• Own customer relationships from pre-sales through production adoption and expansion.
• Direct forward-deployed engineers and partner teams while remaining accountable for outcomes.
• Convert deployment frameworks and customer feedback into reusable playbooks and product improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning the trust of senior executives.
• Builder’s mindset with the ability to design and build solutions rather than only diagnose problems or manage delivery.
• Strong technical understanding of AI-agent design and the ability to communicate with engineers and executives.
• Executive presence and experience advising senior decision-makers at large, complex organizations.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Fluent Spanish required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• MBA or equivalent experience combining business strategy and technology.
• Experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or Fortune 500 transformation programs.
