Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA — onsite in a downtown office; occasional travel to Europe required.

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 annual cash compensation, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Understand customer and user pain points through check-ins, implementations, support tickets, and product usage.
• Translate customer insights into clear problem statements and prioritized product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to implement product features and capabilities.
• Support overall product success by testing complex releases and configuring prospect demonstrations.
• Work closely with leadership and customer-facing teams from the San Francisco office.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a product manager.
• Understanding of the needs and complexities of large enterprise customers.
• Clear and concise communication of product perspectives.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to understanding problems before developing solutions.
