Demand Planning Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Improve demand forecast accuracy using advanced forecasting techniques.
• Drive the adoption and improvement of statistical forecasting models using machine learning.
• Analyze market trends, backlog, bookings, and point-of-sale data against historical trends to identify anomalies.
• Create targeted forecasting techniques for different customer and product segments.
• Publish and monitor supply chain KPIs.
• Lead ad hoc cross-functional projects with Finance, Sales, and Product Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data science, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant demand planning or supply chain experience, or a master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience implementing machine learning models for forecasting and integrating market intelligence into the planning process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with semiconductor industry operations is preferred.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Experience using large language models for forecasting.
• Experience guiding and coaching teams.
