What you will do
- Lead the UK demand planning process and maintain accurate customer demand forecasts.
- Facilitate forecast and demand review meetings with Commercial teams, Regional Network Planners, and local Supply Planners.
- Coordinate UK intercompany flows with regional and international stakeholders.
- Align demand forecasts with inventory levels, production plans, resource capacity, and service-level targets.
- Build and improve Supply Chain KPI reporting and use data to drive performance improvements.
- Support and deputise for the UK Supply Chain Manager, contribute to EU and regional reviews, and support local Customs Compliance audits.
Requirements
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Kinaxis Demand Planning Software or a similar solution.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, teamwork, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines, and work with data and KPIs.
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
