Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - McDonough

Location: On-site in McDonough, Georgia, United States; may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $20.82–$24.19 per hour

What you will do

• Provide counseling on deposit accounts, lending products, credit and debit cards, and other financial services.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining accounts, loans, and related products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to support member relationships through education and relevant product recommendations.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following banking procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to build effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact.
• Effective research, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-production, changing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and adapt to evolving technologies and change initiatives.
• Ability to understand and comply with federal and institutional regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or another financial institution.
