Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Riverside

Location: Riverside, California, United States (on-site); may require working at or transferring permanently to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $22.26–$25.87 per hour

What you will do

• Provide counseling on deposit, lending, card, and other financial products and services.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and related member products.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while complying with federal and institutional regulations.
• Share knowledge with team members and support member relationships through education and cross-service opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact.
• Research, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and sound judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment while maintaining composure in a high-production, changing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently and adapt to evolving technologies and change initiatives.
• Availability Monday through Saturday, with hours based on business needs.
• On-site work in Riverside, California, with possible assignment to neighboring branches.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or another financial institution.
