What you will do
- Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about available banking options.
- Identify customer needs and refer appropriate banking opportunities to branch staff.
- Engage with customers in the branch lobby and position products and services to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and support financial wellbeing.
- Complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently while following established policies and procedures.
- Support proactive sales conversations and customer loyalty through service-to-sales interactions and outbound contacts.
Requirements
- Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge; no university or college degree required.
- Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience principles.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs, manage risk, detect and prevent fraud, and follow banking procedures.
- Must work in the Jacksonville, Florida branch; the position is in-office.
- Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
