Customer Experience Banker (Banking)

Salary: $23.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide welcoming, accurate, and efficient customer service to walk-in customers.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
• Build and deepen consumer and business customer relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank.
• Process transactions accurately, balance daily, and resolve customer issues.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking tools.
