Member Service Representative (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Broomfield, Colorado, USA

Salary: $19.95–$21.72 per hour, plus incentives and an annual 3% target bonus.

What you will do

• Provide accurate and professional face-to-face member transactions.
• Create new member accounts and maintain account and card files.
• Explain available products and services and provide appropriate referrals across lending, investments, electronic banking, wealth management, and business banking.
• Maintain a cash drawer according to cash-control procedures.
• Follow service, safety, credit union policy, BSA, and CFPB requirements.
• Complete required job training and meet service and performance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, transaction accuracy, and basic math skills.
• Comfort handling physical money directly with members.
• Exposure to Microsoft Outlook and web-based transactional systems.
• Must work onsite in Broomfield, Colorado, USA.

Nice to have

• At least 6 months of sales experience.
• Experience using 10-key by touch.
