Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Lakewood

Location: On-site at 2125 South Webster Street, Suite 101, Lakewood, Colorado, United States. The role may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $22.26–$25.87 per hour

What you will do

• Provide counseling on deposit, lending, certificate, IRA, trust, estate, and credit or debit card products.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following applicable regulations and institutional procedures.
• Identify cross-service opportunities and support colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact.
• Effective research, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-production, changing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, adapt to evolving technologies, exercise sound judgment, and support change initiatives.
• Availability Monday through Saturday, with hours based on business needs.
• Completion of a required online assessment after submitting the application.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or another financial institution.
