Technician III, Process/Utility Maintenance

Location: Fully onsite at hirify.global’s Marlborough, Massachusetts site; not eligible for remote work. U.S. work authorization is required.

Salary: $63,200–$100,900 per year, with potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing, utility, and facility systems in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Diagnose and resolve production-critical equipment issues in real time to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance activities in Maximo and maintain accurate, compliant records.
• Support equipment calibration, validation, commissioning, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities, inventory, spare parts, repairs, and procedures.
• Provide technical support, train junior technicians, and promote safety and GMP compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of related maintenance experience; technical certification or an associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Must work full-time onsite at the Marlborough facility.
• Must already have U.S. work authorization and maintain it without future immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics, and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility maintenance; GMP, CMMS/Maximo, calibration, or validation experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Technical certification or associate degree in a relevant maintenance discipline.
• Military training equivalent to the required education and experience.
• Previous cGMP experience and familiarity with GMP documentation.
• Experience with Maximo or another computerized maintenance management system.
