Branch Banking Client Consultant II (Banking)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, United States; onsite branch position

Salary: $17.12–$26.97 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through timely research and communication.
• Provide product details, client education, and tailored banking guidance.
• Support growth targets for deposits, loans, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition.
• Identify client needs and make introductions to Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Complete moderately complex projects and help train and mentor colleagues on products and platform procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships, communicate clearly, solve problems, and manage priorities.
• Ability to follow federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and compliance policies.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
