Relationship Banker Business Specialist

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships with sales revenue under $2 million.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and manage referrals through onboarding and servicing.
• Build relationships with ecosystem partners across wealth management, private banking, business banking, and mortgage services.
• Recommend tailored solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Support branch opportunity identification, lobby engagement, client education, and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Follow banking policies and procedures, manage risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Ability to complete additional background checks required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
• Strong customer service, communication, prospecting, selling, and banking product knowledge.
• Spanish speaking ability is preferred.
