What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking and financial solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized experiences.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Follow risk controls and support accurate, efficient daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience; comparable education, certifications, or military experience may be considered. No degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, customer needs, and problem solving.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Must work in-office at the Coral Springs, Florida branch.
• Must pass applicable background checks under banking regulations.
