Product Operations & Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: Home based in New York, United States; U.S. geographic differentials may apply, including New York City and Rochester, NY.

Salary: $115,400–$192,200 annual base pay for the primary New York location; other U.S. geographic ranges may apply.

What you will do

• Own and optimize the product management tool stack, roadmap practices, standards, and adoption across teams.
• Design scalable product development processes while preserving flexibility for different product contexts.
• Define and report operational and enterprise metrics covering product team effectiveness and efficiency.
• Partner with Innovation on portfolio visibility, planning, governance, execution frameworks, templates, and tools.
• Track innovation initiatives, identify risks and dependencies, and connect outcomes to leadership priorities.
• Manage portfolio reviews, status reporting, risk management, decision logs, escalation routes, and executive-ready communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable processes that improve team efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative product data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder-ready business narratives.
• Experience with Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Productboard, or similar product tools.
• Ability to influence cross-functional outcomes without direct authority and work effectively in ambiguous, matrixed, and fast-moving environments.
