Digital Products Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Chicago or Evanston, Illinois, United States, with work from home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Travel is required as needed for client-facing work.

Salary: $160,000–$170,250 per year, plus potential COLA, bonus incentives, relocation benefits, insurance, and retirement benefits.

What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy based on client goals, business needs, and user use cases.
• Lead discovery and innovation workshops to identify requirements and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, process artifacts, user flows, and data flow diagrams.
• Advocate for clients and end users through user-centric product design and measurable business outcomes.
• Instrument analytics, track business, user, and operational KPIs, and implement product improvements.
• Support stakeholder and user training, product adoption, client proposals, thought leadership, and growth of the product management practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; a master's degree or equivalent experience is highly desired.
• 8+ years of experience in product management or similar functions.
• Strong facilitation, written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Experience leading early discovery and requirements workshops in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
• Ability to travel as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or with life sciences.
• Master's degree.
