Senior Director, Global Platform Leader - Web Experience (AI/ML)

Location: Hybrid role based in Raritan, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $178,000–$307,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Co-create the Global Commercial technology strategy and translate it into multi-year product and platform roadmaps.
• Lead web experience, communications, education, and XR/VR platforms supporting patients, physicians, and commercial teams.
• Operationalize AI, machine learning, and GenAI for customer segmentation, revenue analysis, healthcare professional engagement, and workflow automation.
• Lead product management, portfolio prioritization, funding, delivery, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Modernize legacy environments and develop compliant solutions in partnership with cybersecurity, regulatory, legal, privacy, and quality functions.
• Build strategic partnerships, strengthen technology capabilities, and align senior stakeholders across a complex matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of technology leadership experience, including direct leadership of business, engineering, data operations, or product teams.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience in large, matrixed environments.
• Experience with product management, agile delivery, portfolio governance, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Fluency in cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML/GenAI, and foundational platforms such as ERP, CRM, or MES.
• Experience modernizing legacy technology and delivering digital and AI-enabled solutions safely and compliantly.

Nice to have

• Healthcare commercial experience in CRM, website optimization, SEO, marketing, education, or XR/VR.
• Experience working with clinical, commercial, and supply chain stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Success hiring and developing technical and product talent, with strong executive presence and change leadership.
• Master’s degree.
