What you will do

• Shape data flow, integration, identity, and deployment architectures across on-premises, air-gapped, and government cloud environments.
• Prototype, build, and debug solutions using code, data pipelines, integrations, and modern AI development tools.
• Identify and quantify high-impact AI, machine learning, optimization, and software opportunities for federal missions.
• Lead technical direction within cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, product managers, and domain experts.
• Deploy solutions from development through UAT and production, integrating data stores, mission systems, ERP/CRM platforms, and cloud environments.
• Communicate with government executives, manage technical risks, support account growth, and transfer field learnings into the core product.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and authorization to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• Technical ability to architect enterprise AI and data solutions and build prototypes using Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Strong software or data engineering background, or deep military, intelligence, or federal mission expertise paired with technical fluency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical or quantitative discipline.
• Experience delivering production systems and working with enterprise data environments, APIs, ERP/CRM platforms, CI/CD, containers, cloud services, or infrastructure as code.

Nice to have

• CI or Full-Scope Polygraph and experience with classified, SCIF, or air-gapped environments.
• U.S. military or government service and experience with defense or Intelligence Community programs.
• Experience with generative AI, predictive maintenance, optimization, decision-support solutions, or AI/ML platforms at scale.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, ATO processes, or ITAR/EAR requirements.
• Experience as a technical lead or staff engineer in a SaaS or enterprise software company with forward-deployed delivery.
