Salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain performant, scalable applications on the C3 Agentic AI Platform.
• Build tools for understanding and analyzing large-scale data.
• Debug, troubleshoot, modify, and unit-test customer applications and solutions.
• Assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create technical specifications, documentation, and user support guides.
• Support demonstrations, proofs-of-technology, customer training, and production deployments alongside senior engineers.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
• Hands-on knowledge of data structures, algorithms, cloud computing, relational or NoSQL databases, profiling, and optimization.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures, prompt engineering, or LLM tool calling and function execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular.
• Experience with Git or other version control software.
• Internship or project experience deploying applications at scale.
• Experience with developer AI workflows such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
